Sleep Phase monitors your sleep cycle and wakes you up when you are in a light sleep phase, ensuring that you start every morning feeling rested and relaxed.

Everyone goes through a number of deep sleep and light sleep phases during the night. Depending on the phase you are in when you are woken you either feel relaxed and rested or tired. Sleep Phase monitors your sleep phases during a window of 30 minutes of the time of your choice and wakes you up when your sleep is the lightest, thus ensuring that every morning feels great.

Monitoring happens either by microphone or accelerometer. When using the microphone, you can place your iPhone a few meters from your bed. If background noise makes it impossible to monitor your subtle movements in bed via the microphone, you can choose to place your iPhone next to your pillow and the accelerometer will sense your movements accurately and wake you up at the ideal phase of sleep.
